Privacy notice

Who we are
Excelsior Growth Systems, based in Philippines, is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at admin@excelsiorgrowthsystems.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, company, work email address, phone number, country and time zone, and the answers you provide in the Growth Systems Assessment or the contact form. Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interaction events used to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To produce and send the blueprint you requested; to reply to your inquiry; to follow up about the services you asked about; to operate, secure and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and in maintaining and securing the site. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Where it goes
Form submissions are routed through a server endpoint we control before reaching our customer relationship management system, where they are stored. Contact details are excluded from general analytics and masked in session-recording tools. Our processors include our CRM provider, our website host, our analytics provider and our email provider. Some of these process data outside the Philippines.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and assessment records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer for tax or legal reasons. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies to understand usage. Analytics cookies are only set where you have consented, or where consent is not required in your jurisdiction. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still function.
SMS communications
Our forms include two optional, unchecked consent boxes: one for non-promotional service messages (confirmations, follow-ups, intake instructions) and one for promotional messages. Consent is optional and never required to use our services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a record of when and how consent was given, and SMS consent is never sold or shared.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use access controls, role-based permissions and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority.
Children
This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, contact you directly.
