A real name, a real role, a real company. No 'Director, National Retail Chain'. If a client cannot be named, the story does not run, we will arrange a reference call instead.
Proof standard
The Testimonials page shows the format with clearly-marked samples. Nothing there flips to Verified until it passes the four requirements below, this page is the contract we are asking you to hold us to.

02
The number, the time period it covers, the baseline it moved from, and what else changed at the same time. A 40% lift means nothing without the denominator and the window.
03
A dashboard, a CRM export, a screenshot, something you could audit. Where confidentiality prevents it, we say so explicitly rather than quietly omitting it.

Exactly what we built and what we did not. If the client also hired a new salesperson that quarter, that goes in the story too.
A page of invented social proof would convert better this quarter. We know that. We also know that the entire product we sell is a system that reports honestly on itself, and an agency that fakes its own numbers cannot credibly build that for anybody else.
So: judge the thinking on the Growth Engine page. Judge the systems on the Work page. Ask for a reference call. And hold us to this standard when the case studies do go up.
